What Is No Place for Hate®?
A student-centered, school climate improvement initiative from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), No Place for Hate® equips schools with a flexible, four-phase framework to promote inclusion, respect, and allyship. This program encourages actionable student leadership to stand against bias and bullying.
At MSMHS, we follow the ADL's proven Four-Phase model:
- Form a Committee: Empower a dedicated team of students and staff to guide and sustain the program.
- Introduce the Pledge: Unite the school around a collective commitment to fostering respect and inclusion.
- Assess School Climate: Conduct surveys and discussions that ensure all voices are heard and drive meaningful action.
- Implement Activities: Launch engaging, interactive school-wide initiatives that challenge bias and build allyship.
